All teas come from the same
Camellia Sinensis plant. The difference between the
various teas lie in the processing method. Green
tea leaves are dried immediately after picking, whereas
black tea is partially dried and then go though a full
oxidation. These processes, combined with local growing
conditions, determine each tea's unique characteristics.
