Please make sure that you order what you want. If
you are unsatisfied with your product, return unused goods
within 14 days of receipt. First contact us at
customerservice@ambrosiateas.com
with your concern, then ship the product back to
us (at your cost). We will credit you the
full amount of the goods value, but not the
shipping charges (the initial $7.25 or the return
cost of shipping). Any opened tea is not
returnable. Partial gift sets cannot be returned. |

Domestic Shipping Rates:
Our shipping within the US is $7.25 USD. Packages are
typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but we may use DHL Ground for larger orders. Items are being
shipped from Washington State and should arrive
between 3 - 7 business days depending on the
destination.
International Shipping Rates:
Our shipping rate to Canada is $20.00 USD and is
shipped via USPS Global Priority. Packages are
estimated to arrive in 6-10 business days from the
ship date.
Our shipping rate to countries outside of US and
Canada is $25.00 USD and is shipped via USPS Global
Priority. Packages are estimated to arrive in 6-10
business days from the ship date. |
